This was the easiest car buying experience that I’ve ever had. Everyone was really very nice, professional, concerned about my wife that fell on the concrete. We spent 5 hours in the emergency room getting X-Rays and CT scans. They put her right foot in a boot because of stability issues due to the sprang, swelling, pain, and to help support that foot. Her left side of her face was cut and scraped when she hit her head on the concrete. She has a black eye. Her left knee was scraped and bruised on top and around the knee cap. She also landed on her left shoulder and scraped and bruised. In a lot of pain and had to use a walker to help support her as she walked. We put lots of ice to help ease the swelling everywhere that got injured. They put her on pain medication to try and ease the pain and swelling.
