The experience was all good Daniel Cantu came out to help us the temp was 108 degrees we did not know for sure what we wanted he patiently let us each drive 3 different vehicles we decided on the RX 350. Once that decision was made the trade was done in minutes no funny business. Its nice to have a knowledgeable person helping you get the deal done.

Josh and Sean in the Used Car sales department were great to work with. I had a small window open to see the car I wanted and they were gracious enough to have it pulled up to the front and ready to test drive when I got there, which helped me stay on time between meetings!After the test drive the rest of the purchasing experience was easy and done largely through text messaging, which was super convenient. I would highly recommend Park Place Lexus for a new or used purchase.

Sales rep Silas T. was excellent. He answered all my questions, wasn’t pushy, and got me a great deal. The dealership was very busy so I spent nearly 4 hours there which wasn’t ideal; however, I enjoyed the complementary coffee bar and snacks.

Natalie was wonderful and answered all my questions promptly and in detail. It was a simple process and sticking with one person all the way through is magnificent. Felt like a smooth and easy process.
