I wanted a loaner car but the service gal that initially waited on me (my regular service writer wasn’t there when I got there) said she didn’t have the authority to provide and there was no one else there that could authorize one.

Chanelle was great to work with from start to end and made what is normally a intolerable experience very tolerable!
