Noticed a 2020 Lexus UX 250h advertised (Google search). I called first, set up an appointment with Elliott McCray. He was a pleasure to work with from the start (I'd already dealt with two other Lexus sales people, one at Sewell downtown (he was lackluster), and one at Park Place in Plano (he was actually borderline obnoxious, not sure how he makes a living actually). Went in to see Elliott, he was ready and waiting for me. Had the car ready for a test drive. We did a bit of negotiation, he was fair throughout, and I did purchase the vehicle. Elliott spent his time with me, didn't multi-task across ten different customers, and made the experience most pleasant.

My first contact was with Mr. Mike Moore. He was polite, helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Once we had made our selection, he handled everything efficiently, effectively, and professionally. After the sale, Mr. Moore followed up to ensure we were satisfied and had any questions. Park Place Lexus in Grapevine should have more salesmen like Mr. Moore. He should be handsomely rewarded for his diligence.
