Purchase process was straightforward and our salesman was professional and knowledgeable. Upon delivery we noted excessive wind noise in the back seat, but service has reached out and scheduled an appointment to correct.

Jessica Martinez was exceptional. We had put off buying a new car as we hated the buying process. We needed to start the new year with a new car so we reluctantly started our deciding process. I asked Grok to give us the name of a sales person that would be good for a 78 year old husband and wife to work with and that is how we got Jessica’s name. She patiently held our hands through the entire sales process. She turned dread unto a fun experience. First time ever that we left a dealership with a new car and felt good about the experience. That in turn makes us feel good about the dealership. We’ve dealt with service over the years here and it’s always been great. The service department is why we decided to go to Park Place Lexus instead of other dealerships to buy. Jessica completed the Dealership experience cycle that has always been professional, upbeat and kind. Juan has been our service person and he too has been wonderful. Sales manages the wedding and service manages the marriage of the car ownership experience. Park Place Lexus excels at both thanks to Jessica and Juan. Our next car purchase will be with Jessica and I hope she will still be at Park Place Lexus.
