Matthew was a great salesperson who helped make the process as seamless as possible. I didn’t like the manager trying to upsell me on the additional coverage though after I declined a few times and felt that tainted what otherwise would have been a good process.

Came in the dealership to complete purchase of the 2024 Lexus 450H+ SUV. Experience was mostly good even though additional cost for Vehicle finish and windshield protection was tagged on top of the MSRP price without my approval. Since these treatments were already applied to the Vehicle, I had no choice but to pay for me.The salesperson informed me that since they are not charge me above the MSRP price because of company policy, the only way they make money is by tacking on these additional protections.Other than the above unfortunate additions on top of the MSRP price, my experience was .very good.

Elliott helped us to purchase our leased vehicle. We have leased with Lexus since 2009 and it has been a wonderful experience. We were sad to learn that we would not be able to lease again because of availability and cost. But we have always been super happy with all our Lexus visits.
