Good Everything was ready upon my arrival. Derick did an awesome job!

John was very helpful in getting the lease vehicle I was looking for.

JR was awesome, handled everything very well and is the main reason I decided to buy a lexus at all.

Was great

I had visited one other Lexus dealership and was not treated as well. Rather than turning away from the Lexus altogether, I decided to give give it another shot, but at a different dealership, which led us to Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. There are not enough words to fully express how much I appreciate Mr. Silas Tarus. This is our first Lexus purchase. Silas made us feel welcome and the car-buying experience was exceptional. His professionalism, kindness, patience, grace, and knowledge set him apart from all others. My husband and I firmly agree that if we purchase another vehicle, Park Place Lexus is the only place we will go. Thank you, Silas! You're amazing!

Wonderful Experience at the dealership. Shane was awesome!

Matt Sprinkle went above and beyond with the acquisition of our Lexus RX350. Found exactly what we were looking for then took the time to explain all the advanced features. His IT expertise and ability to simply walk us through everything on this car, even after we left for home was fantastic.

No complaints at all.

The best lexus dealership in town

Kevin Cleveland is exceptional to work with and the best employee you have at Park Place. He is reason we keep returning.
