This was the greatest car buying experience, I’ve ever had. “Shane” made things so simple. I found what I wanted on line, filled the credit app out, and was immediately contacted, and escorted through the entire process.Shane explained all of the warrantees available for me, and recommended fitting coverages. I’ve got glass coverage, ($$HUD Windshield) tire-wheel coverage (run flats$$) paintless dent repair (after all, Texas=Hailstorms). I’ve never experienced customer service like I received here. There was no “high pressure” anything, just a pleasant experience start to finish.Park Place has gone above and beyond, to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. The Truth is, I thought I understood what it meant for a business to be customer- oriented, until I met the Park Place team. Thank you, Shane, and Park Place, for setting the bar so high, i will continue to recommend you to friends, family members, or anyone just in the market. I had the best car-buying experience ever. Brian Safianow and Natalie Artlies were extremely helpful, and friendly they provided the best overall customer service experience.Brian provided a great deal and was able to beat out my lender. His response time in answering my questions along with getting the documentation regarding the car was fast. He helped me find the right car for me even before I had a chance to see or drive it.Natalie was there to meet me for my appointment and took me out for a test drive. She was so kind and even offered to drop my car off soon after our appointment because I wasn't able to pick up until Saturday. She even offered to put a bow on the car and snap a few photos.Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and it will be my first stop when I'm in the market for another vehicle. Would give 10 stars if it were available.
