Scheduled service at 7am. Was told it would take 1.5-2 hours. I had an appointment at 10am that I missed because it took almost three hours to get the car. Jessica was great, and she did all she could under the circumstances, but the overall the service was less than stellar.

Shane was very helpful and very well prepared for our visit to the dealership. He has a very good idea of what we were looking for and made sure our visit was productive and efficient. He sold us!

I typically refrain from surveys and reviews but Elliott McCray’s professionalism, likeability, and calm manners are SO appreciated. His followup is impeccable and the experience was quick and efficient.
