After searching for cars online and narrowing down Lexus, Cadillac, Toyota, Mercedes, and Hyundai and started onsite visits Tuesday (6/13) and visited Lexus Park Place first. Silas was my contact and did an awesome job of selling the RX 350. I didn't purchase at the first visit on Tuesday. My next stop was Cadillac. The RX 350 couldn't compare at all! Even the Mercedes didn't interest me so I returned, had my Altima 2014 appraised and left with a 2023 RX 350. Silas provided excellent customer service, professional courtesy and assistant and I left one very, very happy Lexus owner.
