Everyone was very intent on me being comfortable and respected. That really impressed me. I showed up in a T-shirt, leggings and flip flops. Not the typical Lexus customer I would think. The respect and courtesy I received from my sales person was a huge factor in my decision to buy a Lexus.

I traded-in a Honda Passport—everything went smooth except that I was offered so little for my trade that we almost walked away. We ended up getting what we thought was a fair price on our trade and love our Lexus!
