Very good experience at the service department!! I have had Mike Rogers as my service advisor for years and he is the best! He is knowledgeable and professional. He always gives me updates on how my service is going.

Service was expedited on time. Rep was very professional, precise and no issues

Derrick was amazing and the atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed how we were treated and getting to leave with our dream car!

Love Lexus!

From my home in Louisiana, I searched for vehicles online and found approximately 12 vehicles in Plano and Grapevine to view and test drive. Park Place was my last stop. I was pleased with the RX 350 I saw online and Wilson made the purchase easy.Everyone at Park Place Lexus was courteous and hospitable.

John was great. Painless experience.

Bobby took care of us. This was our second purchase with him. He is knowledgeable and courteous.

I loved the timing and the attention from the workers each time I come in!

I had excellent experiences at Park Place from the reception to the sales manager, Ash, who made my purchase simple and enjoyable.

Everyone was really nice and once we got connected with our sales person, he did a great job walking us through the process. Silas was wonderful to work with.
