Please forward to Mr Charles Owen,Thanks for reaching out, I drove in and purchased the 8 series BMW and wanted to bring to your attention that I am debating what my next move will be….my salesman named Shane made a couple of pricing errors that we ultimately worked through, but the one thing that I may have to do is retain an attorney in Grapevine based on what he said to close the deal for me, he said the car was out of the initial factory warranty but the good news was that it still had a 6year/70000 mile powertrain warranty. At that point, I was convinced I was protected with any issues that would be catastrophic engine, transmission, etc. the car only had 24k miles and was a 2022. Found out today that was not true, that was incorrect information. So, had i known that, I would have passed on the purchase I detrimentally relied on his comment to close the deal…I’m from Louisiana, so I will have to get a local attorney in Grapevine to remedy this major error on Shane’s part. I even purchased an extended warranty for glass coverage fusion. I think having a local attorney in Grapevine getting involved starting with letters would be an embarrassment to your dealership. I want what I was told, Shane seems to be a slippery guy, but this will be addressed with the dealership by getting a local attorney involved to obtain what I was told for an equitable solution.Sorry for this situation, feel free to contact me at 337-655-8799.Hope things can end on a good note.Best,Daniel Fusilier, RNBC, ASLNC.

We were trading our Mercedes in to come back to Lexus because we loved the service we had previously received at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine. We requested to purchase everything online or over the phone to have a quick experience in the dealership on a car that was already reserved and down payment placed, on a vehicle that came in over a week early. We had previously purchased from Park place over 10 yrs ago and was able to purchase that vehicle this way. We were told Park Place did not offer this service and we had to be present in dealership to purchase / sign / complete purchase. We were also told we could be in and out with tech demo in an hour and 15 mins. 2 hours and 15 mins later I left in my new Lexus Tx without a full tech demo and vehicle having defects/scratches. Salesman said everything was complete with sale but forgot to take remainder of down payment as well as give us our paperwork. Salesman then called us over an hour later to tell us to return to the dealership to give the down payment in CASH! We asked to pay remainder online or over the phone and he still insisted wr returning to dealership with CASH. Finally after asking him to talk to finance director before I drove an hour in traffic I was able to pay online. Later that evening I called the salesman to ask about if there was a recall with the speedometer as it did not match the Waze app speed and salesman was completely rude and dismissive and said I needed to talk to service the next day. Did not offer a name or contact. This is entire experience has been unacceptable and not the service I’ve experienced in the past at Park Place.

Sales experience was not up to Park Place or Lexus standards.

Everything was great except for the shortage of loaner cars.
