Excellent visit, Mike found me what I was looking for!

I met Kevin Cleveland when I first serviced my 2021 RX 450H at Park Place; I purchased it in Florida, but live in Denton. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I overheard him interacting with a client and was impressed. After the client left, I introduced myself and got his contact information. When the 2023 Lexus RX350h came out, I contacted him so I could be put on the waiting list for the color I wanted. When the car I wanted was in production, he contacted me and I put down a deposit. When it came in, he showed me the car and pointed out that it did not have a panoramic camera. I did not know this was important to me, but my 2021 had it and I regret that this one doesn’t. However, I love the amenities it does have. Kevin did a great job and I would purchase another care from him again!
