Was good overall, a few things I tend to notice when I'm there these days is one I recall coming into the service department about 20 or so years ago and quite frankly the interior has never changed in any aspect and it could probably use a bit of a facelift or modernization. Also one of the things that I have a pet peeve about is the fact that staff don't tend to make eye contact or are friendly unless they are serving you directly and I always feel that that lacks a little bit there.. it's really nice to have friendly staff across the board and a little bit of eye contact and a friendly hello while walking by somebody is underrated and if you want to be top and service that is a big deal. I have bought a few vehicles from Sewell over the years and just bought my new one at Park Place and frankly the Sewell friendliness factor and overall service experience does exceed Park Place currently. Just some thoughts from someone a little bit obsessed with customer service and the feel of a service department

Dropped off my car. Taylor reviewed all the issues I was having with the car. Taylor got the loner car quickly. My car was ready late the next day. Worked beautifully when I picked it up.
