On-site service experience was outstanding. Started appointment setting online but exited before completing in favor of completing via direct call to service - online needs improvement. Only complaint is one that I have often when my vehicle is serviced. Tires are over-inflated to 36/37 psi (prior to driving out) verses vehicle recommendations of 33 psi. Had to deflate at home.

My day wasn’t going very well as you can imagine when you’re having car issues. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by a young man and asked to wait in my car because I didn’t have an appointment. He informed me that the first available service manager would come shortly and help me. Same young man checked on me numerous times during the wait to ensure me all was well and I’d be helped soon. Then Missy my service manager arrived to help me out. She did some inquiry to find the reason for my visit and then led me to a couple of waiting areas. During my wait she constantly reported back to me what was going on with my service and was extremely helpful in resolving all upcoming hurdles. Missy’s pleasant attitude and helpful knowledge turned my unpleasant day around. I’ve never had a dedicated service manager, but if I must revisit Park for service, I’ll definitely be requesting her to assist me in the future. If all of your service managers are like Missy you guys are fortunate and I’m positive you’ll have many satisfied customers like me!

I scheduled what I believed was my complimentary oil change/40,000-mile maintenance through the AI phone system. Before my appointment, I had questions about my previous service visits and wanted to speak with a service representative, but I wasn’t able to reach a person because the system kept directing me back to the AI assistant. That was frustrating.When I arrived, the service advisor informed me that the 40,000-mile maintenance package would cost approximately $400. I was surprised because I believed the service was covered under my complimentary maintenance package. The advisor offered to perform just the oil change and cabin air filter replacement for around $150, but I declined because I expected the complimentary maintenance to cover the required service.Instead, the advisor said they would rotate the tires and replace the cabin air filter since the cabin filter had not been replaced during my previous three service visits.After waiting about an hour, I received my vehicle and checked to confirm the cabin air filter had been replaced. It had not been changed. The only service that appeared to have been performed was an exterior car wash.Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. I spent my time driving to the dealership and waiting for my vehicle, only to leave without the oil change or the cabin air filter replacement I requested. I was expecting my complimentary maintenance package to cover the necessary service, so the entire visit felt like a waste of time.
