Good evening,My Check in this visit was painful.I had to say and spell my last name at least 3 times, and still couldn’t be found in the .system.I was asked my first name and I provided Debbie instead of Deborah and still could not be located.My VIN had to be used to finally be recognized as a customer.When I go to the local car wash, I pull up, someone comes to my car and immediately knows my information in addition to knowing the car wash I get each visit.I was just really disappointed that it didn’t feel like a warm and fuzzy visit after purchasing my car at park place 5 years ago and coming for all of my maintenance..
