I popped in a few days after getting my new RX 500h F Sport, which I LOVE. I had a question about the on screen navigation system and some default settings. Brian Safianow (my sales representative) and Michael (sorry...I believe that's the name--he was the Tech guy until last week when he moved to sales) both came out to the vehicle and spent tons of time helping me figure out the answers to my questions. While we were unable to resolve my question about nav screen default settings, Brian had contacted someone 'up the IT line' with my concern before I got home from the dealership! Such amazing customer service.

I looked online at Lexus dealerships around the area for an NX300. When I found the NX300 that had all the options I wanted, I talked to Jessica online who transferred me to Rob Herring. Even though it was end-of-day -- 6 p.m. when I arrived -- and I was 45 minutes away, Rob still encouraged me to come test drive the car and that he would get the keys. When I got there the car was already waiting. Rob walked me through the entire process and though long (which is normal when buying a car), it probably was the easiest and best buying experience I have ever had -- especially being the first time I ever bought a car without my parents, brothers or husband. Rob showed empathy and was very accommodating. He even checked up on me the following day to see if I had any questions on my car.
