Came in for scheduled maint on our vehicle with a thought of possibly trading for a new/newer model. We were shown a new 2023 ES model and a used 2021 model. After speaking with the salesperson we were happy to trade for the used model. The salesperson was very helpful to meet our needs for the purchase. And assured us that if we had any questions or issues pertaining to the vehicle he would be happy to assist us.
