Worked with David Hagen. Have bought several cars from Park Place over the years and this was the best experience I had. Process was quick and painless. He gave me all the info I asked for, was pleasant to talk with and made it easy for us to leave with the car in short order.

This was the first time I had been to Grapevine Volvo and it was an absolutely nice visit. Joe walked me through every step of the way.

Awesome experience, Chanelle Rhodes succeeded my expectations.

Great doing business with Chanelle Rhodes. She’s very professional and great to buy a car from.

Received excellent service from Brandon Chong. My purchase of 2023 RX350 could not have gotten better from the moment I first met Brandon to discuss preorder for a new RX350. He was very pleasant and informative with a wealth of knowledge, and treated me with 1st class service. My new car was ready when I arrived to make the purchase, and Brandon made buying process very easy and short for me by preparing documents ahead of time. It was an excellent experience purchasing a new vehicle from Brandon.

I didn’t end up purchasing the GX because of trade allowance

Silas was great to work with. Transparent and informative. He made the process very easy.
