Reuben McPherson provided very good service. The time spent negotiating the trade-in was way too lengthy in responses. It became an experience similar to the idea of a "used car salesman environment". Also, credit was given to a person I spoke with before coming to PP and ONLY asked if a copper colored RX was available to see. My name was taken off the phone system, not provided and I had no intention of pursuing with same person. McPherson was helpful and whoever "Silas" was provided no assistance other than saying hello during the end process. A very unfair system.

We were so pleased from start to finish - Becky was a pure delight to work with. We were at ease, smiling, laughing and relaxed through the whole experience. Becky tirelessly worked to take care of us, even on her days off! This was not expected but it did not go unnoticed! She obviously loves what she does and puts her customers first. When we hit a small speed bump in reserving our vehicle, we were very understanding. Becky made it her personal goal to make it right, even though we weren't expecting any strings to be pulled or special concessions to be made. This was not our first new car purchase, but our first "Lexus Experience" and we are so tickled with our new car!

I had a very specific request on the exterior and interior colors for my NX and she kept me in loop and contacted me every time there was one available to reserve.
