This was my third purchase at Park Place and i have to say it was not as great as I've experienced the last two time. Nothing terrible just not up to the standard that Park Place had set.

Over the past nineteen years I have delt with Ez Williamson who knows the Lexus business - treats his customers with respect is up-to-date on different Lexus models and is a very professional and knows how to get the job done.

I had a very specific car in mind that I had been searching for the last few months. Other dealerships shared with me that they hadn’t seen one in a while and may be hard to come by. I looked at Park Place Grapevine’s online inventory and decided to go to the lot to look at different RX models as the one I was searching for did not appear online. I was greeted by Elliot who showed me both vehicles I was interested in from my online search. I asked him if there was any chance they had a 450h in inventory and he was well informed of what was currently on the lot and told me one just came in and hadn’t even been listed yet. I was really happy he was aware and couldn’t easily answer my question and took me right to the car. I already knew it was was the model I wanted but it was Elliot’s knowledge and expertise about the bells, whistles and updates the car had that sold me to say this is the one! We ended up staying 2 hours after the dealership closed that night to get this deal finalized and I’m sure that may be normal but I was very grateful. Eliott was patient throughout the whole process but more importantly he was kind to me. He was not pushy or rushing and he was extremely helpful in getting me the financing option that worked best for me. Even in the days to come he was great about sending me updates Since my new car had just hit the lot it still had to go through L certification, routine maintenance and cleaning. And I love my new pink Lexus tumbler he let me pick out from the merch shop! I chose 5 stars because that’s the most I could pick but if there were 10 I would have chosen that many!!!!!
