Great experience with the Customer Representative Dennis Velasquez.he was professional, listened to exactly what I wanted. and delivered immediately.I made an appointment to test drive a new car. My expectation that day was a quick test drive, get sticker shock, and be on my way.Ha, that didn't happen.I did test drive the vehicle I saw on line.However, as I looked colors and choices, I came to the conclusion a CPO was going to be the best fit for me.Once I told Dennis I was interested in a "used" vehicle, he didn't blink an eye.the one stop shopping experience at Park Place Lexus allowed us to move from a new vehicle to CPO.Paperwork was easy, I felt no pressure to purchase additional services, such as extended warranties.Everything was completed efficiently.I was pleased as well with the process of evaluating my car for trade in value.The whole experience could not have gone better.I requested the next day pickup, because I had NO intention of buying a car that first day, and didn't have my title with me for the trade-in.the next day I arrived, expecting more time to go over "stuff".Nope, Dennis took me to my car, and proceeded to explain all the features of the vehicle, 1/2 of which I didn't even realize were on the vehicle when I test drove and committed to purchasing the day before.Dennis was wonderful, the entire experience was the best I"ve ever had purchasing a car.I've never in the 38+ years that I've been purchasing cars, this is definately the best shopping, purchasing experience I've ever had.Go Dennis!!!I will definately recommend Dennis and Park Place Lexus to any friends/family that may be in the market for a new car.Love my car.
