Christianna was an amazing sales rep to work with. She is so personable, fun, and knowledgeable. We ended up not liking the original car we purchased on Friday, and let her know that on Monday morning. We wanted to purchase the other car we were debating on, and return the first one. I know it was a big headache for her, and everyone, but she took it in stride, and didn't make us feel bad, even though we really felt bad for having to do that. My recent experience at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional, truly making me feel like a valued guest. I want to give a special shout-out to my service technician, Junior, for his incredible attention to detail. He went above and beyond by buffing and sanding scratches on my hood to the point of being invisible. Additionally, he was extremely helpful in providing knowledgeable suggestions for warranty companies. Between the technical skill and the 'awesome' customer service, this was a fantastic visit.
