This is my second Lexus I purchase at Park Place Lexus-Grapevine. Joe Phu has been my sales rep for both of them and he is definitely the best. Very kind and knowledgeable person he is. Treated me very well both times and did everything he could to get me in both cars. In the future, he will continue to be my sales rep.

Danny was very patient and kind. He went over everything to be expected and how to work the car’s system. He was easy to talk to and we never felt pressured.

Well I went into service to get a new tire and my bumper fixed. I walked out with another new car that is my favorite color-red. Ash was great in helping me to get into that car. Everything went well and pretty quick

We did not trade with Parks Place the last time we traded because it was more convenient to travel to Fort Worth but regardless of convince we missed the Park Place experience. We enjoyed working with Ezell Williamson as we strived to work out a trade deal. He was very accommodating and enjoyable to work with. I called him and he came in even though he was on vacation! Who does that! No one but Ezell!
