Experience was good. I thought I went in knowing what I wanted, but ended up purchasing a different vehicle. I was there for what feels like way too long, but I walked away with the vehicle I wanted.

My experience was beyond excellent! It was Thanksgiving Eve, 5 p.m., and I brought my car in for a brake concern. Although the service department was closing, Juliano stayed to address my concerns, write up the service order and provide a loaner car. He calmed my nerves and assured me that I should leave the car due to safety concerns. He treated me like family. I'm 73 years old and the care and service he provided went above and beyond; especially since his own family was waiting for him to start the Thanksgiving celebrations. The day after Thanksgiving, he added a 20K service and even had the technician that serviced my car speak to me regarding my concerns. Phenomenal!!

Salesman was polite and helpful. Grounds were well kept and clean. Cars in good condition. Asked for an interior detail when the car was purchased and we did not receive it.

Slow to get checked in had an appointment for 1:00 pm and sat there for 20 Minutes

Your dealership was the best, by far, we’ve ever dealt with. Initially we communicated with Katelyn and she was amazing. She was the only Lexus sales associate we dealt with that responded, was efficient, and communicated effectively. She was extremely helpful. Usually when someone leaves, people get lost in transition but I appreciated Victor immediately reaching out when she left. Victor was great as well and explained the process from the beginning and provided updates. At the dealership and during the sales process, he was quick and respectful. Usually I get the “can we just talk to your husband or your dad” kind of attitude as a young woman purchasing a luxury car, but he always treated me respectfully and equally. The entire process was easy and quick. I appreciate you guys!
