Overall it was a great experience. I really disliked that I asked you to find me the best interest rates, you asked what my current best offer is and you beat it by .1 points. I mean seriously, you can do better than that and it comes off as "petty" and "used car salesman"

My response to this assumes you're speaking of my visit to the website. I logged in to review the new 2022 NX 350h. Given the current environment we're in, there were, of course, no NX vehicles available on .. Bummer !! I eventually went over to review availability at Sewell Lexus of Dallas and they had 19 NX 350h (Luxury) vehicles posted but I'm pretty sure most, if not all were already spoken for.. I DID eventually order the 2022 NX 350h Luxury unit but only because of a local sales 'experience' person within the dealership. He has always been there to help. The vehicle has not arrived yet.. I did not order the NX online. Thanks to Brian Sufianow for taking the time to work with me..
