Chanelle Rhodes was very professional and helpful. Always looked very presentable. Followed up immediately Monday after the weekend visit. One thing I really appreciated was when she came out to open the truck and she read us the carfax automatically. Knew the information on the truck right off the bat. That gave us more comfort in knowing the vehicle was worth the purchase. The dealership itself was very nice and welcoming. We honestly did not think we would find something in our price range at this dealership and we were going to keep driving but then saw the used vehicles lined up separately which was helpful. Before park place we went to at least 12 dealers in two weekends who’s lots were empty or overpriced within grapevine and Lewisville. Hope this review makes it into the right hands ! Thank you 😊
