Juan, my Service Manager, was excellent in communicating the status of my vehicle. He also worked with the mechanic to ensure there was no additional damage that would cause me further problems. Juan also quickly arranged a loaner vehicle for me. The entire visit was stress-free.

My gas cap on new Lexus TX was not opening. They got me right in and painted new door to match beautifully. It took a week but had a loaner car so it was ok. Found process very smooth. Good job Service and Paint
