Amy Fink was amazing. I can't believe she was able to sell me the loaner that I was driving when our other Lexus was in service. While we have a mis-calculation of the initial mileage (7k vs 10 k), she showed me on CarFax how it was still a good value purchase. I am really grateful to Amy for putting up with my 1,000 + questions.

I loved that the entire process was hassle-free. When I arrived, I was already annoyed by previous sales agents from other dealerships. Elliott introduced himself and let us browse without shadowing us. Which allowed us to browse with leisure and not feeling pressured to get in a car.
