I appreciate the constant communication and how quick my service rep resolved a follow up tpms issue discovered after vehicle was returned. I would like to note that when a customer with an older car (8+ years) has the recommended service, the tpms should be checked more throughly by techs especially since tpms typically needs replacement within this time frame.
