We worked with Carlo and he was incredibly patient. We were on the list for the GX550 for almost 9 months. He kept us updated on the status every month. My wife could not wait any longer and we came up to drive the RX350 and purchased it. Carlo was very professional and we would highly recommend him and Park Place to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional experience. We have had a RX in the past and purchased from Park Place Plano. This was a nice experience as well and the reason we came back to Park Place.

Went about as good as it could have, considering we were still in a winter storm. We went to look at 2, and one was unavailable to drive. We drove the other (RX350L). We wanted to try out a 2016 model 460 that wasn't certified and drove it. It had the driver support luxury package and we loved the way it drove. The warranty wasn't quite as good as the certified unlimited, which is what we were looking for, but it was pretty good. We ended up buying the 2016 model. Now we just need our '26 Rangers Valet passes for this one and one for our 350 RX and we'll be set.

Mr. Weltor was great to work with. Even though our purchase was not anything extravagant, it really means a lot to my wife and I that he still took the time to treat us with respect and showed us that Park Place values our business!
