Personal preference for me and my needs were met.

My sales rep Ash and Danny the manager gave me exceptional service making sure my needs were addressed and my transaction was handled correctly! I appreciated everything they did to assist me with purchasing my new Lexus!

Christianna was an amazing sales rep to work with. She is so personable, fun, and knowledgeable. We ended up not liking the original car we purchased on Friday, and let her know that on Monday morning. We wanted to purchase the other car we were debating on, and return the first one. I know it was a big headache for her, and everyone, but she took it in stride, and didn't make us feel bad, even though we really felt bad for having to do that. In the end, we now love our NX350h...love, love, love it. It fits our needs perfectly! Thanks to Christianna's help, we are so happy with our first experience with Park Place Lexus of Grapevine! We appreciated the Sales Manager coming out and introducing himself to us after we had purchased the NX. I'm super bad with names, but maybe it was Danny?? Sorry...he was super nice.

My recent experience at Park Place Lexus in Grapevine was nothing short of exceptional. The entire team is incredibly friendly and professional, truly making me feel like a valued guest. I want to give a special shout-out to my service technician, Junior, for his incredible attention to detail. He went above and beyond by buffing and sanding scratches on my hood to the point of being invisible. Additionally, he was extremely helpful in providing knowledgeable suggestions for warranty companies. Between the technical skill and the 'awesome' customer service, this was a fantastic visit.

I had an appointment for an oil change and my husband was told it would be about an hour and a half. Our appointment was at 9:30 and we left about 12:15. The was long and the lobby was pretty cold.

I was told that putting two new tires would be about $700, marching the price of Discount Tire. When I arrived, I was informed that it was an extra $225 to align the tires,something discount doesn’t charge for. I was also told 2hrs for service, and it took all day. I normally love Lexus, but this visit was very disappointing.

I haven’t made a visit yet but so far Kevin has been very helpful
