Michael Moore is an outstanding sales representative. He operates with professionalism and integrity and really listens to what the customer desires. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from him and Park Place and we will not buy a Lexus anywhere else.

Amazing as usual

I brought my vehicle in for diagnostics of an ABS issue. I told the service advisor that I had replaced the Brake Booster and Pump with parts purchased from Park Place Lexus two weeks earlier. I was surprised when I was sent the estimate. Park Place Lexus wanted to replace both the Brake Booster and Pump again to fix the issue; the entire job would cost $5225. I decided to purchase and replace the single part I had not replaced yet. The part cost $392 from Park Place Lexus, the entire job cost $500, and the issue was fixed. I can not believe Park Place Lexus dared to lie about the diagnostics so they could charge a customer 10x what was actually needed to fix the issue. Shameful
