I needed a new tire for my 2024 RX350 & other tire businesses said they would need to special order & 1 place had in stock but couldn’t schedule me until the following week. Parkplace Lexus had in stock & scheduled me immediately to come in. Fred assisted me & I got car wash & was happy to drive off with new tire (same tire as others).

This is the fourth Lexus we have purchased from Park Place.Becky Gustafsson was wonderful to work with. She was very patient, since I initially wanted to purchase an RX 350h and kept changing my mind on the color, trim, options and year.I ultimately ended up with a 2026TX 500h and I couldn't be happier.
