My experience was excellent. Joe Ramirez went above and beyond to help me with my service.

Pete and Walter took great care of me and my daughter.

Missy was very helpful and communicative. The dealership was able to provide a loaner and fix the issue with quick turn around time.

Talon Lee, Umar Awan, sales team and all teammates at Park Place Lexus Grapevine did an outstanding job in helping me LEASE a 2026 Lexus TX350 AWD Luxury SUV. Thank you very much for the outstanding support.

Everything was great

I came in to buy a new car and Brian Safianow delivered yet again. This is the third car I’ve purchased with Brian and he is the best of the best. He made the entire process extremely easy for me and even stayed late on his birthday to get the paperwork done and get me on the road. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Friendly, knowledgeable service.

My first experience with Park Place Lexus in Grapevine - - so far it was excellent.

Great service and communication during my car being serviced.

Great experience. Easy.
