Bob was a courteous and helpful salesperson who made the whole transaction smooth and easy.We bought a used Porsche Cayenne and are very pleased with the car - with one exception: During the test drive we noticed a slight rattle coming from the instrument panel area. Back at the dealership we were told this was being looked at and it was put down to the wheel locknut being in the car. Before we left, Bob drove the car and came back declaring it rattle-free.However, since bringing the car home, we have noticed that same consistent rattle from the dash area on any but the smoothest of roads. Can anything be done to help with this issue which we brought to the dealer's attention before the sale was made?

Day I dropped car for Maintenance, everything went smoothly: I was greeted by the first attendant who then led me to Juan Vargas, who has helped us since purchasing the vehicle. Juan immediately took me to office to sign a few papers and check what needed to be fixed, he also helped carry my grandson’s car seat that needed to be placed in Rental Car.Day I picked up My Vehicle after Maintenance was completed: everything was great until I was to receive my car. I noticed my car was ready but no one came to notify me. So I took it upon myself to place my car seat in my vehicle and waited for someone, which was Juan, to Check me out. The attendants and service reps were pretty busy but that’s okay, Juan was there to help me out. I appreciate him.

Everything about this visit was an A plus experience. I had an appointment with McKensie Goodman who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was there to look at. She was so helpful, kind and respectful of my time. I have to say, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date.
