Overall, the experience was mixed. I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle and was actively negotiating in good faith, but there were breakdown in communication and follow through early in the process. During an active negotiation, the vehicle I was working toward purchasing was sold without my knowledge, which is extremely frustrating and should not happen once intent has been clearly expressed and numbers are being discussed.That said, once management became involved, the experience improved. Jimmy listened to my concerns, honored prior negotiations, worked to locate an alternative vehicle, and took steps to make the situation right. I appreciate the effort made at that point and feel confident moving forward once this vehicle comes in because of leadership's involvement.While I do ultimately feel supported, there are opportunities to improve internal communication, responsiveness, and continuity so customers do not feel left in the dark during such an important decision.I'm currently waiting for the alternate vehicle to arrive so I'm hoping once it does, I will get to receive the talked about "Lexus experience".

My salesman was great, but there was not a clear line of communication when it came to what happens after purchase. There were assumptions made by Park Place that I was given certain information that I had not been given. White Glove service and an exceptionally great experience is what I hoped for, but that is not what I got.

The salesperson that I worked with was fantastic. He was honest, quick to respond, and made the purchase simple. The only reason for a star reduction is the fact that my car came with a battery that is almost 5 years old and I had to replace it less than 2 months after purchasing the vehicle.

We have been trying to find a new GX 550 for months and Ezell worked very hard to help usget exactly the one my daughter wanted. He was wonderful to work with, extremely helpful in every way and we ended up getting the car we needed in a short time ! Thank you he was amazing!

I had to take car in for estimate for wreck. Charles Owen and Tyler were amazing! Friendly, professional and very accommodating!
