He laid everything out in terms that are easy to understand and was more than fair with all of the discounts and offers he presented to me. We love Park Place Lexus in Grapevine because the service is second to none. Even better than other Lexus dealerships. Shane is the reason we will continue to drive an hour and a half as long as we are purchasing a Lexus vehicle. There are Lexus dealerships closer to us, but no reason to visit them when you ha e amazing people like Shane.
