I usually opt for the first appointment if the day but circumstances necessitated amid day check in. They got to me quickly and efficiently and I was on my way with a loaner vehicle. I was sure that it would be the next day before they could get me my car back but I was wrong. They had it ready at 4 o’clock and I was again on my way.

Kevin was great to speak too. Very knowledgeable about the Lexus RX350 hybrid that I am going to buy.

Very easy process! Terry Song delivered on exactly what I wanted, within a couple of weeks when I thought I would have to wait months. He made everything very simple and was very organized.

Process was easy, efficient and had a great salesman. We did find a small dent in the car after we got home once it was in full sunlight. I would suggest before letting the customer leave, they have an opportunity to review the car in direct sunlight to prevent the issue from happening in the future.
