Everything about this visit was an A plus experience. I had an appointment with McKensie Goodman who was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was there to look at. She was so helpful, kind and respectful of my time. I have to say, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had to date. My husband & I were introduced to the person who would be taking care of us through future service visits and the tech guy, both of whom were respectful & courteous. Again, worked with Joe Phu. Experience was superb and believe this was the fourth car I have purchased thru Joe. Joe (with help from others, I am sure) is easy to deal with with, no pressure.I would have a hard time buying from anyone else at Grapevine Lexus.

The issue has not been resolved yet, on our 2026 TX that we picked up Wednesday and had to bring in for service one day later. Hopefully, we can give a glowing review once it is resolved as we are anxious to get our one day old car returned to us in perfect condition!
