Finally the issue with tge axles was diagnosed and covered under warranty. When I drive up to have my car serviced I get this feeling I am going to be taken care of. However this is the third time I have been disappointed. Once all three car seats were put in the back of the car. Once I left without a lug nut. This time a tire with 2000 miles and a tire with 20,000 miles were rotated to the back and tires with 40,000 miles were rotated to the front. I figured this out when I looked at the service video. I bought the Lexus because I needed a very dependable car. I need a service department that is watching out for my best interest. I’m willing to pay the price you charge but I need you to have the best service intentions.
