Customer service experience was amazing. Edgar helped right away and communicated very well. As for Lexus service technicians I was not very impressed. Just felt like they did the basic and to me basic is not what we pay for at Lexus. Would like to see more time and for them to pay attention to detail. That’s what customers pay for.
