Smooth and professional

Good experience, Greg was very helpful and kept me informed of the status of my State Inspection. I've see other dealerships have an "express lane" for oil changes and inspections, I would use Park Place more if that were the case. The inspection ran 2 1/2 to three hours, in part due to a problem with the computer transmitting results to the state, but that was a bit long. Didn't impact my day, knew I wouldn't be in and out, but my go-to place of 7 years went out of business and I ddn't trust the SC with anyone else.

Always a great experience at Park Place!

Nice friendly service. However when I drove in the evening a couple of nights later the headlights did not come on. I drove to the venue in daylight and home after dark. I was in south Arlington, six miles from home so it was a challenge. In the darkest spots I found a button to push which activated the bright lights. I later found the source to restore the use. Also, when I lock my vehicle the side mirrors do not close in as before. It seems these features were not returned to AUTO.
