We located the dealership through Costco Auto Buying Program. The salesmen Terry Song reached out to me to set up an important. At the dealership we were greeted by a sales person. Very nice offered my grandson snacks and showed him the play room. We were offered a beverage and/or snacks. Met with Terry and he showed us a couple of vehicles. We landed on an RX. Terry was super helpful answered all of our questions and explained everything to us. He took great care of us and we are extremely satisfied with his service and our purchase.

Visited with Shane Welter on Thursday to look at new and used UX vehicles. Shane and I had discussed over the phone what I was looking for and my previous history with vehicles. When I arrived, Shane had 2 used vehicles ready for me to look at that were previously used as loaner cars. I did not think that I would go that route but after driving the new UX and the used 2024 UX250h F sport, I realized how much more car I could get with the used vehicles. Shane was very patient with me and helped me thru the entire experience which resulted in a purchase on Saturday.
