Carlo was amazing start to finish. He was efficient in providing me with information and coordinating every part of the sale. I never felt pressured, and Carlo made everything smooth and stress-free. He has a warm personality and answered all my questions making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Lexus!

I am highly impressed with the extraordinary professionalism, knowledge, friendliness of Park Place Lexus at Grapevine representative, Mr. Ash Afrouzi. He is a very experienced, respectful, and kind person. Ash answered all questions and explained in great details different futures Lexus NX vehicles have to offer. To be honest, I had three vehicles on my mind to choose from. I had appointments scheduled in few more dealerships later on the same day. After meeting with Ash and test driving the car, I made my mind and decided to buy Lexus NX 350. I am very delighted with my purchase. I would like to applaud that each person at the Park Place Lexus at Grapevine was very polite, friendly, and offered their desire to help. In my long car buying experience, Park Place Lexus at Grapevine deserves the HIGHEST recognition and should serve as an example to other dealerships.

Brian Clissold is phenomenal! His courtesy is only matched by his knowledge, making buying a Lexus, from only Park Place Grapevine, fantastic!

Positive professional. Courteous, congenial, competent. Well groomed.

Always appreciate the professionalism and attentiveness when I come to visit.

Bobby was really friendly and accommodating. He had the car ready for a test drive when I arrive.

A job well done !
