Mr. Silas Tarus is a kind & friendly individual who represents your company Park Place with excellent customer service.He spoke to us when we first walked in.We went to the customer service bar and the young lady said we’d have to wait for 15 minutes. I mentioned I didn’t have time to wait so I was going back to the gentleman who said hello to us when we first walked in.I said Hello Sir will you be able to help us? He said certainly.So we worked with Silas and we had a great experience with him.Thank you Silas for your kindness and professionalism toward us.Your patience & knowledge is above and beyond.You answered every question because I did have a lot, and you were very patient with me and I appreciate you, sir.My husband feels the same. My initial visits were fine. I was not happy to have to bring the car back the scratch on the left fender. Also, the distortion in the sound system which was supposed to be the best. Just went through a bad experience with Cadillac and chose Lexus to give them a chance. Picked my car up Saturday and already back at dealership. Very disappointing.

Everything was great! My advisor, Bryce, is always knowledgeable and professional. I was especially impressed by how he noticed without me mentioning it that my registration was about to expire and offered to have that taken care of for me. Very much went above and beyond. Always a pleasure working with Park Place!

I was greeted kindly immediately and told Missy would be there shortly. She arrived within minutes, was very friendly, explained everything included and asked about tire rotation. She answered my questions, was polite and not at all “pushy”.

Park place always offers a great experience and while the cost of the suggested services was not something I agreed to I still was able to get a great oil change and service and Fred was very understanding and accommodating to my needs.
