From start to finish it was an unparalleled experience. Firstly, we never felt pressured at any point in the process, even knowing that our first visit was just to explore and test drive a few options. When we left without a purchase, it was with joy and without any feelings of aggravation from our sales person. They listened to us and didnt pursue sleezy sales tactics with today only deals. When I gave feedback they didnt argue, and always met it with optimism and solutions. Ultimately, after test driving several other vehicles at multiple different dealerships in the area, we came back to open arms and an eager to help staff. I can honestly say the car sold its self, but the experience is what sold us the car. I cannot express enough how enjoyable the experience was, and how jarring it was to go anywhere else after having worked with the staff at this location. The customer service here was at a level on par with the luxury and quality of the vehicle if not exceeding it with the truly artistic way they handle their customers.

I usually opt for the first appointment if the day but circumstances necessitated amid day check in. They got to me quickly and efficiently and I was on my way with a loaner vehicle. I was sure that it would be the next day before they could get me my car back but I was wrong. They had it ready at 4 o’clock and I was again on my way.
