The overall experience was great! Derrick was amazing to work.

I never have an issue at this dealership. All are fantastic

Sales and Tec persons - the best ... always happy with Park Place

Greg in service is the best!

Best Lexus dealership in the metroplex.

I was in to purchase my fifth Lexus. Shon Williams was my point of contact and he was fantastic! He listened and showed a few models to us, and when there wasn’t one available, which matched what my wife was looking for, he checked incoming inventory and found a vehicle arriving in a couple weeks. He was thorough. He made sure that what was coming in was exactly what we needed And didn’t pressure us to make any decision until we were ready.

Fantastic. We came to look at one car, we saw it and we left with it.

Found the Lexus RX350 I wanted & traded in our older model Lexus RX. Made a deal & will pick it up this week.

Derrick was great to work with.

excellent service from beginning to end
