I had a smooth purchasing experience on my certified pre-owned 2025 Lexus UX. The sales consultant Riccio was knowledgeable and professional.

Randall was Amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the Lexus Suv's I was interested in. He took his time to show us all the color options and was very thorough. We felt very taken care of throughout the whole process. After my purchase (3 days later) I decided I wanted the NX350 instead of the RX350, I felt it was too big for me. He gladly helped me bring back the car I purchased to purchase the one I wanted. He went up and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would recommend Randall and Park Place Lexus to anyone interested in a Lexus.

It was excellent.

Riccio was excellent to work with. He made my entire process smooth.

Mackenzie was friendly, professional and well informed.

McKenzie was great. She very efficiently talked us through our purchase and explained all the features of the car. She was excellent on follow up too.

Riccio (Sales Experience Manager) was very knowledgeable with the RX 350 and why to purchase the model I bought. Very personal and friendly and acknowledge my interest and questions that I had during the purchase agreements and financing.

Smooth and professional

Good experience, Greg was very helpful and kept me informed of the status of my State Inspection. I've see other dealerships have an "express lane" for oil changes and inspections, I would use Park Place more if that were the case. The inspection ran 2 1/2 to three hours, in part due to a problem with the computer transmitting results to the state, but that was a bit long. Didn't impact my day, knew I wouldn't be in and out, but my go-to place of 7 years went out of business and I ddn't trust the SC with anyone else.

Juan was very nice .
