Service was good. Tire prices higher than competitors. If I had time I would’ve gone somewhere else to save hundreds.

It was excellent. Lexus has made the wait an enjoyable experience with their tv set tuned to HGTV, my favorite; comfortable, well-appointed furnishings; stations for those who need to continue their workday routine while waiting on their car; the sweet smell of rich coffee wafting through the room, and a little gift shop area where I bought a pink cap with the L superimposed in bling bling. Lexus customers are the best. I always get in pleasant conversations with others who are waiting. I adore the time I must spend at Lexus.
