I had a great experience. I did have to wait for an hour and half but Anthony was upfront and told me it would be about that long. He helped me with all my questions and made sure I was satisfied. It was wonderful to have a Service Manager that cares about his customers. Thank you

This was the absolute worst experience at this location! I’ve been servicing my vehicles here for over 8 years! I booked a 1:00 appointment online. I showed up at 12:40, a young man marked 12:51 on my window. I waited until 1:10 and I had to ask for the service manager to get assistance. He never acknowledged me and only focused on the team at the service desk. The service advisor assigned to me was rude . He was only interested in getting me in out the conversation about my vehicle was limited. He offered a detail for my inconvenience. He didn’t send me the inspection details. I had to call and ask him for it. During the 5:56 call he stated that work was done on my car. I declined the additional services that my car needed because he told me the mechanics were done. The service at this dealership has declined over the years but this was by far the worst service I ever had. The customer service is awful!

Small 35k service but completed quickly. I didn’t get a receipt showing what was done other than check marks in maintenance book. Requested call instead of text and I received a call.
