My service person was not the best experience when picking up the car. It’s too long to type in here but he was more concerned with being right and me making a mistake than he was about me. I told him you never know what journey someone is walking and to have more grace for people being wrong. I do not want to use him again. I can explain further with more space.

it was so kind and nice

Came in for routine maintenance and service was great as usual. Park Place was quick to have my loaner ready. There were a few items that needed attention, so on future services I'll address those. Other than that, the service was great!

Bryce is always great. Able to schedule my routine service with no issue and Bryce makes sure to create some exposure to all the Lexus vehicles in the fleet with different loaners each trip giving me a chance to consider a trade in. Thanks Bryce & Lexus service team for making my experience #1
