Longer wait than usual for regular service. Have interior front panel part that needs to be ordered and replaced that took addl time to review but believe is being handled by mgmt. heard from other customers of delays by AI with scheduling and agent didn’t originally see my appt but then found it.

My experience was very good. A lot of this is directed by my service writer Fred Guiette who does an excellent job of keeping me informed all along the way and having everything ready to go when I arrive I really appreciate his attendance and guidance

I came in for the service that showed up and was offered to go ahead with my next service since mileage was close. Since I live almost 45 minutes away, I chose that and to wait in the waiting area. It was very comfortable.

My experience was comfortable and accommodating. Missy Smart took care of me from the beginning to the end. Initially the valet couldn't find my appointment or my loaner in the system. I dont know if it was because I came an hour early or what....bit Missy came in got me out my car and provided a loaner so I didnt have to miss work. Took a lot of stress and anxiety off of my day with that. Much appreciated.

I arrived two hours early due to some work calls that came up. Edgar was able to get me in, and I was able to work effectively. I did approve additional charges for service findings/recommendations while there. My car was so clean when it was ready! Thank you!!
