I got exactly what I expected—excellence. What took things to an entirely new level of amazing was this: when I arrived, my car appeared to be damaged. The service supervisor calmly pulled up the photos and showed me that the damage was already there when the car was brought in. He explained that what I was seeing was simply an area where a few clips were missing—and he even had extras on hand. He asked me to wait a few minutes, and I did.
