In 21 years of owning a Lexus I have never had any complaints with the excellence of service from the Grapevine Lexus dealership...until now. And, it is not with the mechanical repairs. You may think this an insignificant thing. To me it was a breakdown in your uncompromising comitment to excellence, a hallmark of the Lexus brand. My car was returned to me after repairs with black marks (fingerprints on the upholstered driver's armrest, an almost recognizable footprint on the driver's floor mats, more marks on the edge of the driver's floor where it met the edge of the outside edge, on the lower carpeted portion of the door. I called it to the attention of the attendant. He was able to wipe some of the marks off but nothing else. What is especially concerning is the floormats for my 2002 SC430 are no longer available in my color (light grayish)! So they can only be cleaned not replaced. I didn't realize how marked up the mat was until I arrived home. This substandard service for the dealership. The least you could do would be to shampoo the mat and other marked areas to make this right. I am happy to provide photos and I left voice mail for my most excellent service adviser Joe Ramirez.
