It was good. Really wanted to drop a car and go but there was not a loaner available. Since we were from out of town, we had to wait. But oh well…..

Mr.Joe Raimerz is my customer service representative. He keeps me informed throughout the service appointment. It is not all communication through an app, but a personal contact. I appreciate the attention that Mr. Raimerz gives each time I have a service appointment. He is so pleasant and friendly - true customer service!
